From the initial call Michael was courteous and responsive to all my questions. When measuring he explained the process and provided samples which made selection a lot easier. On installation day Micheal and his team day were prompt, respectful and professional. They covered all areas and throughly vacuumed and cleaned when the job was completed. His attention to detail is impressive Thank you Micheal and Mj Railings for completing our basement stairs!

That same day, Roberto came to my house with different coloured door samples to show the product against the actual home. This step enabled us to make a confident decision in our choice of colour and product. Roberto's calm demeanor, expansive knowledge of the product and his conduct throughout the installation process made us realize we had chosen the right company for our doors. Within two days, Anthony ( installer) was at our home installing the new doors. Anthony took pride in his work and was meticulous in ensuring our doors were installed correctly the first time. His cheerful manner and detailed step-by-step explanations, reassured me and made me feel involved in the process. In the end, we are elated with our new doors and our friends and neighbours have continuously complimented our new garage doors.
