My wife and I were new homebuyers that needed some masonry repairs to our backyard's first floor and main floor windows. Fairney and Sons came recommended from friends of our and we could not have asked for a better experience. Bill did two site investigations: The first to get a sense of the scope of the work would be and a second to do a deeper investigation of the extent of repairs required. The whole time Bill was upfront about costs from best case to absolute worst case scenario. Bill and his Team (Mike) were very friendly, punctual and extremely professional. Every stage of the project was well documented and an action plan was relayed to me before, during, and after the job was complete. The job site was cleaned at the end of each day and all materials were covered to project them from the elements over night. The final result was a beautifully installed new single stone window sill under the first floor window and a new window well with a total project time of 1.5 days.
