We contacted the company when we were having issues getting the home insurance that we wanted because of the poly B piping that was used in our house. We were informed when we bought the house in February of 2015 that we did have this type of plumbing but were told not to be concerned. However this was not the case according to the insurance company and other plumbers that we contacted. Urban Piping came to our house within a day of our phone call, did a thorough inspection, told us what the issues were, how they would proceed with the job, and gave us a quote. We were impressed with the company because they were able to complete all aspects of the job including tear down and repairing and painting all walls and ceilings that were affected during the renovation. Urban Piping started the job early on Monday morning and it was completed by Friday afternoon. It is not noticeable where they repaired the walls and the ceiling and they were excellent about cleaning up the construction site. Upon completion they did a thorough walk through with us to make sure we were satisfied with the completed project.

I ordered windows from Supreme Windows in November of 2012 and February of 2013. I was given Karl’s name by a friend who had just had windows installed at her house. Karl returned my call immediately and set up an appointment. He was very professional and gave me all the information about the products to make an informed decision.
