I would like start by saying thanks Mark and Jason for such a great job. I recently moved from Windsor to Toronto and had about 6 companies contact me Troy was one of them. I had alot of questions to ask since this was my first big move. The customer service was excellent and they answered all of my questions. Though I was surprised on the day of the move when only 2 movers were in the truck. Mark reassured me that everything would fit in the truck I asked him if he was sure and he said no problem. Just to let people get a better idea I moved a 2400 sqft 4 bedroom home. They wrapped all my wood furniture with blankets and bagged all my mattresses there was a buffet and hutch with glass front and shelfs made of glass they bubble wrapped all the glass and wrapped it with blankets put cardboard on top just to make sure nothing else in the truck could move and damage it.The only damage I had was a loose door that had to be tightened. Mark explained to me that Ikea products should be disassembled before being moved they have a habbit of damaging as they move while they are on the truck. I am very happy with the way my move went.
