HORRIBLE! Didn't send a bill for 2 yrs even after enailing and asking for one, then mails us a paper bill for over $1000. After 6 months of asking what happened and to get rid of the the late charges..NO REPLIES! then an Email saying they will take us to collection agency!! THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! Asked them to fix our sensor on the front door they said we need to fix our house instead of coming to adjust!
