We hired P&P Renovations to finish our basement. They were the lowest quote we got (out of 4) but had great reviews and we were confident they could complete the work. Before beginning construction they replaced and rerouted the central air vents, upgraded the main waterline in to the house from the city and relocated two floor drains and the hot water heater. All of the subcontractors did an outstanding job. They were prompt and courteous. When the infrastructure upgrades were completed and Mario's team began their work they were efficient and extremely neat. They worked quickly and always clean up the space every day before they left, even though we weren't using the space and they would be back to remake the mess the next day. If they came up against anything unforeseen during the day they didn't hesitate to contact us to ask our opinion, rather than deciding for themselves. They were also always happy to pause their work to answer any questions we had. Due to a problem with a supplier the finish date of the work got pushed back. Unfortunately this meant that Mario's team was finishing the work on our job while beginning another job and they weren't available to work on our project full time. In the end we were very happy with the work that got done and would easily recommend P&P.

This company finished the wiring in our basement very quickly. They had allocated one day and when that wasn't quite enough they came back on the Saturday of a holiday weekend to complete it. They were polite and very respectful of our space. They consulted with us on the placement of all outlets, pot lights, etc, but were also very happy to give their professional opinions when we asked. When they came across problems in a small part of the basement that we hadn't planned to redo they pointed them out to us and suggested the most effective fix that would bring the whole space up to code. I would easily recommend them!

We recently had the electrical service to our house increased from 60amp to 100amp, the electrical panel upgraded, and a lot of knob and tube wiring replaced. Alex and his crew were professional, punctual, and a pleasure to work with. They were polite and friendly in all of our interactions, both on the phone and in person, and finished our project in easily within our time frame. Our work required them to put holes in several walls and ceilings and they did their best to put them in inconspicuous locations and patched them when they were done. They were always willing to do a bit more work to put outlets, light switches, and pot lights in the most convenient places. Their prices was competitive and we are very happy with the end result. We will definitely call Alex in the future for any other electrical work we need done.
