We had a relatively easy time with our purchase. But four months in, our fridge died and Canadian Appliance Source hasn't helped us at all. They don't seem to stand behind the products they sell and don't believe that they bear some responsibility when the products they sell fail. In order to redeem the warranty we have to go through them unfortunately and we are being told that between LG and CAS we will wait at least two weeks before a replacement arrives. They told us, repeatedly, that they weren't at fault, that there is nothing they could do, but it seems to me that if you want customers to return you figure something out. I could order a fridge today and have it delivered in a day or two, but a replacement for the lemon they sold me...two weeks. Don't order from them if there is any possibility that you might need help or a make a warranty claim in the future, they will only pass the buck. I hope they respond, it will be the first I've heard from them!
