Called Jennifer at quality homes and received a quick and pleasant response with a date and time for our issue. Jeff came to check on a noise which appears to be coming from our furnace when it kicked on. He determined it was from a loose section of ductwork and was able to stop it with suggestions for the future. He then cleaned our system and was so friendly, efficient and kind.
