UPDATE. After 8 weeks of constantly leaving messages and emails that he never responded to. Then called him from a different number which he answered he then promised to deliver the firewood on that Friday which he never showed up for with no communication as to why. We then informed him we were going to start the proceedings for small claims, he finally refunded the money he owed us. I used their service last year and was more than satisfied. Timely delivery and good quality firewood. Pleased with last year decided to continue with his service. I have paid for my whole delivery of firewood and have only received half of the delivery. For the last 6 weeks have been given many reasons for the delay and now not even a response. Im out cold for firewood for the winter and the other half of my money.

This review is false ! These customers have been paid back in full and explained why the remainder of the fire wood was not delivered ! We had an issue with our fire wood this year and I did not want to deliver poor quality wood , so I offered for the customer to wait until good dry hardwood was available or I would be returning there money , which has been returned in full !!
