When our 4 year old Bosch oven failed in the spring, we had it "repaired" by a different company, but it never worked quite right. Recently, when the cookies would not cook, we found that the actual temperature was more than 100 degrees below what was set. HJT was recommended by a former Bleeker technician. Richard diagnosed the problem, explained what needed to be done and why the previous repair had failed (when replacing the control border, replace the sensor too). He ordered parts and fixed the oven in less than a week.
