One of the "big name heating and cooling companies" came to our home and said that our blower fan and electronics were not working. This was a completely wrong assessment. Matt from Otto Heating & Cooling came and gave a second option. It was "user error" and lack of knowledge on our part. The furnace was working fine. It is a high end modulating unit. He had the experience, expertise, patience and professionalism to show us how the unit works. He saved us over $7000 as the other company said that we needed a new furnace.
