We will be going back to Dyand Mechanical for years to come! Their service department is very helpful and their on call staff was outstanding! Our furnace died in minus 30 weather...their on call staff called and was unfortunately not able to come out for a few hours so instead told us how to keep the furnace running till we could replace the furnace motor switch in the morning when they were opened. It saved us a pricey on call bill and made us decide to purchase our A/C system this year!

We purchased our special order Palliser sofa here and we went back to buy the two occassional chairs with them and we will be going back for more in the future for sure! I loved our sales lady, Jan! She is just amazing and fabulous! I can't wait to go back to purchase our new bonus room and basement furniture.

I love this store! The staff are amazing, the layout of the store is awesome and the product they carry is just fabulous! If I could shop here everyday, I would but my hubby won't allow me to! If they don't have what you are looking for they will special order in what you are looking for if their suppliers have it! The way the store was laid out you could find things so easily. More companies should be ran like this!

Loved the house we built with Daytona, loved the sales people and sales assistant. They were very knowledgeable about their product and had alot of experience behind them in what they are selling. Communication was great, and any question we had they would answer and if they couldn't they would always find out the info. The trades they had, which like most builders, had a few issues. They should assess their trades alot better.

Loved the sales staff! They were very knowledge about about their products and how they compliment each other whether its tile, lino, hardwood or carpet. I would go back to this company but do more research first on prices, and what type of flooring I want to go to. They are a bit lacking in the knowledge of how durable their types of lino will be so research should be done first, just like any other purchase of a product.

I can't say enough good about this company, the sales staff and the customer service! I love the furniture, it is standing up very very good with a toddler who has lots of activity! Its very very durable! They came and installed it for us within a hour! Showed me how to care for the furniture and the sales staff called me back later to check to see if I had any questions. I will definitely buy more furniture from this company in the future!

The sales staff was very knowledgeable about their products, the people who came to do delivery and setup the furniture were very good, not very good social skills. There was a piece broken on the bed, they have been communicating that the part will come in after they have tested it and made sure all is well with it.

LOVE, Love, love this company! The staff was very knowledgeable about their products and what would be for all situations in a home. Whether it was for darkening, insulation, easy of use and what is good for a home with small children. It was very easy to work with the company, they came out and did a free estimate, and their communication skills were awesome! They kept me updated on the status of our blinds order! And they were very accomodating on time of the install! I would use them again for the next house we move into!

The sales staff was very knowledgeable! Nice furniture, very comfy, but not able to stand up to lots of wear and tear of a large family with small children and pets! Definitely do your research about what type of material you purchase on your furniture. And learn all you can about their warranties that they offer first. The delivery staff was very helpful and very careful.
