I phoned to make an appointment to have my dryer serviced. They made an appointment for me promptly the next morning and the repairman showed up promptly at 9am, just as planned. He assessed the problem, explained it to me what was wrong and the breakdown of the cost of the repair. The dryer was fixed in less than 1/2 an hour and he cleaned up the space where he was working.
