Under contract a technician came in to service my furnace. Never had a problem in the past. Technician never turned on our furnace, was only in our basement for around 15 minutes, but after I complained I received an email with all the readings he supposedly took from my furnace. Asked for a call from the owner but nothing so far. Ive always had perfect service for the past 10 years but I feel as if we have been fooled this time.
