I called Michael because he was highly recommended to me by an associate. He answered his phone which for a plumber was a first for me. My experience with other plumbers was that it would take several calls over several days to actually be able to talk to the plumber. I truly appreciated talking to him and explaining the project to him. A large cabana we were building in a forested lot in Aurora. The connection was unique as the hook up was to an existing septic tank. The plumbing was for a kitchen and four piece bathroom with a separate water supply from the house all of which had to follow the Health Department code and the Plumbing department of Aurora. Michael knew exactly what was required and how to execute the project with impressive detail. Michael had his crew there within a few days. They showed up when he said they would, did an excellent installation and cleaned up after themselves which I also found amazing. The project was completed at a fair price and passed the inspections no problem. I have since recommended Aviv Plumbing several times and my clients and associates have been equally impressed.

I called them for a quote Dave gave a detailed quote, new exactly what needed to be done to repair the deterioration of the chimney and wall. His crew showed up when they promised and did exactly what Dave promised they would do and cleaned up after themselves. I have dealt with many contractors over the years and Dave and his team have my confidence. Finding excellent stone masons these days is very challenging.
