Joe, we look at our beautifully transformed backyard through the window and cannot believe that about a week ago it looked like a war zone. Our backyard is compact - only 500 sq feet. It was not touched for 20 years and obviously cried for renovation. In search of help, we contacted few contractors this summer. Our realistic expectation was that someone will put us on their waiting list for October-November or next spring. Lockdowns made homeowners overlook their outdoor properties and improve them for better use. Some contractors honestly said that they are so busy that they literally are taking jobs only in their neighborhood, other ones made a fuss about narrow clearance to our backyard entry and did not want to handle the construction using manpower. When we met Joe, he pointed on manual labor as well but he did not hesitate to do some of the work manually and did not make a big deal about it, he gave us good recommendations regarding material, explained the project major steps, and possible hidden obstacles which he could not address before the construction area cleaned up. When he said that he could squeeze us into his summer schedule, we did not believe it, and yet less than a month later our backyard, front porch, and the entrance of the house have been completed!!! As a contractor Joe hit all our checkmarks - he always contacted us on time, provided information as promised, answered all our questions, performed a professional job, cleaned up the working site at the end of each day, and not once showed his people skills by talking to our immediate neighbor. Thanks to Joe and his team we have time for planting new trees this season and enjoy our backyard with family and friends. We would highly recommend these guys.

5 stars to Canada Appliance Repair services! We had a problem with control panel button on Miele kitchen ventilation hood (Miele should be shame by using cheap plastic parts). It was not a major issue but it had to be fixed. The story was short - we called Canada Appliance Repair at noon time, booked a 4 hours time slot for the same evening and had everything fixed. The standard process in our case would involved the order a spare part (God only knows how much it would cost), waiting time and another visit of technician. That scenario would cost us more and the process would take much longer. After the problem was determine, Taras proposed to us a simple "outside of the box" solution, fix the issue and gave us some recommendation on how to use the appliance. He helped us to save the money and time. I wish it would be more services like this one. Thank you, guys!

One shop spot for kitchen reno project - Miele appliances, beautiful Leicht kitchen cabinets, free kitchen design services, cabinet installation and professional customer service on top of that. Thanks to great team work from Appliance Haus, we have a pleasure to cook at the kitchen of our dream. We have to admit, we weren't the easy customers to deal with – watched way too many HGTV reno shows, had too many ideas and desires for our future kitchen. The space we are worked with was small and complicated, couple of times we changed our mind on what was already agreed on. Kitchen designer Sergei patiently and slowly guided us through the all steps of the kitchen renovation process, explained why some of the things that we wanted will not work, and always had a valuable advice for better use of space, layout or appliance choice. I cannot believe that he incorporated all our wishes. We love the result! I also want to say thank you to coordinator Dimitri, delivery and installation team – they did their best to fit delivery and installation dates to our busy schedule. Corneliu and Nikolai had to work with old house’s unleveled floor and walls but they did not complained once and reassured us that cabinets will be installed as per German’s standard. I can go on and on on this review but what I wanted to say is, if you wish your kitchen will look like it’s a picture from design magazine and it’s not only looks great but actually works in your space, visit Appliance Haus, have a cup of coffee, talk to one of their designers and become another happy owner of a great Leicht product.

I would definitely say, “no project is too small” for StoneCraft Canada, even counter top for small vanity. For our first bathroom renovation we ordered vanity base from Germany and did not pay too much attention for its depth. So when we come to StoneCraft to choose quartz top, Elena pointed out to us our vanity size problem. She tried her best to fit the smallest sink and faucets, which was not easy. She told us about standards and came with an idea how we could increase counter top depth and get necessary extra inches, she even contacted the company from whom we ordered our vanity and asked them to provide side fillers. Than she recommended us to have 2 backsplashes instead of one and was absolutely right. For our small project she spend overall an hour trying to place all elements the way we asked her. We are very thankful for her patients and professionalism. We would definitely recommend Elena and her team.

If you are looking for German made modern wardrobe, you should check “Appliance Haus & Kitchens”. They sell all kinds of modern closets and wardrobes made by two well known German companies – Nolte and Huelsta. We ordered Nolte closet for my teenaged son’s bedroom. Besides the exceptional quality of wardrobe, that we bought, we were very pleased with customer service at Appliance Hause King St West location. The sales clerk helped us to configure wardrobe that suits our needs, choose profile finish that goes well with our hardwood floor and chrome stylish handles that completed the modern look of the room. Because we customized the wardrobe, it was ordered from Germany and took about 1,5 month to come to us. It arrived on exact date as we were promised. We are planning to buy another Nolte corner wardrobe system from Appliance Haus for our master bedroom.
