I contacted Mr. Roof repair after experiencing damage to my eves trough and downspouts during the December ice storm. After failing repeatedly to receive quotation from roofing contractors, Mr. Roof Repair answered my first call and immediately began to sort out my situation. They conducted a full examination of my entire home's roofing system and provided fair quotation along with a summary document describing the few minor issues with my roofing structure including photos (which is great because going up 2 stories on a ladder in the snow is not one of my strong suits). During this time I developed a working relationship with Joe the manager and needless to say his customer service was impeccable. He was sure to explain everything to me, the work was conducted quickly and professionally and Joe even went the extra mile to provide me with a letter describing the damage caused by on ongoing external issue with my neighbor so that I could use it at Toronto City Council. I would recommend Mr. Roof Repair to anyone who is looking for an honest, straightforward, prompt and professional contractor. The House looks great! Thanks again.
