Thank you so much Karen! We have looked at a few together haven't we! I can't believe that last home that we did, why were the homeowners trying to cover up a major issue like that? That was going to be a big time repair job. I really hope that the next potential buyer hires a inspector as well. I can only imagine what that is going to cost somebody. Oh well, it won't be you!
