This was my first experience hiring Carrs Yard & Property Maintenance. Between having a busy schedule and the weather, I had not managed to cut the grass yet this spring. As a result, the grass has grown a little longer. Zack and Clay did an amazing job cutting the grass and bagging the clippings. The option to bag the clippings also included removal. They were thorough, personable, and professional. They also constantly communicate and respond quickly to your questions. I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. In fact, I am likely to hire them again soon. I highly recommend them.

We wanted our home thermostat upgraded to the Ecobee3 Lite. Nasir came to install the new device. He ran into an issue with the existing wiring (through no fault of his own) which caused the original quote to be revised (fairly). The job could not be completed on the same day as scheduled. However, he came back the next day (on what should have been his day off) to ensure the job was completed no matter what that day. I appreciate the dedication and even taking the time to explain the issue. He was courteous and did an excellent job. I highly recommend this company (and him).
