Our Samsung washing machine was not running into the high speed spin cycle. Terry came out and did a thorough test and investigation. The result? After checking all the usual suspects (wires, drive, balance), he found that the likely cause was the weighted bearings being seized in the drum, throwing it out of balance as speeds increased - the problem for it not getting through the spin cycle. The only solution was to order an install a new drum for $800 (which he recommended against). After asking for and getting an opinion on "what do you have in your house", I am the proud owner of a different brand washer. Terry was fantastic. Showed up on time, was thorough, pleasant and kind. I will use the Appliance Service Centre for all appliance service going forward.
