We hired Elite to work on our driveway, front entrance and steps, two huge planters, some stepping stones and the side walkway. We first found Elite on HomeStars and decided to give them a call based on all the positive reviews. Raffy was quick to responsive our inquiry. Quote was given to us right away on the day we met. We made the decision to hire Elite without getting any other quote (which was very unusual for us). Decision was mainly based on seeing their past projects from the photos Raffy showed us in our first meeting, countless positive reviews and our gut feeling. It turns out Elite was over and exceeding our expectation. They are the best people to work with. Both owners Raffy and Marcelo are very prompt in answering all our inquires. The crew members were all friendly and professional. Every morning they arrived on time to start the work. While I want to design this project myself, Marcelo spent a lot of time working with me to provide me with lots of advice in order to perfect my design. During color selection and finishing, out of his super busy schedule, Raffy spent half day to drive us around the city to visit their past projects to show us different kind of finishing touch. This really helps us to visualize and confirm that the limestone finish we chose was exactly what we want. We truly appreciated the extra service they provided. This really makes a difference and explains why company like Elite can stand out from all others. We would also like to thank Federico. He worked on the forms for weeks. He was very detailed, took his time to make sure things were done right. I enjoyed working with him and he made my design coming true day by day. He is very friendly and even our kids loved to see him every morning during those weeks. Also thanks to Nico and his team their hard work. The scope of our project was fairly big, and it was expected to have hiccups along the way. What Elite made a difference was that they were willing to fix and make right, even if it meant to knock a portion of concrete down and redo in order to make it look perfect. This is one of the most important consideration any consumer should take when looking for company to do any renovation or building project. In conclusion, we highly recommend Elite Designed Concrete.
