EDIT: MASSIVE ISSUES 2 MONTHS LATER James and Gus - We spent $65000 with you and just 2 months later we are having issues with the aluminum siding coming apart and cannot get a hold of you, by phone or by email. We are very disappointed and disgusted at this behavior, and it shows that you are dishonourable and untrustworthy and do not stand behind your work. I would have hoped that you would stand by your word and honoured your work and workmanship. We always paid you the same day you asked for funds and would have hoped that you would have answered and acted in kind if there was an issue. Gus was very vocal in trying to get us to commit to hire your company to do the waterproofing/masonry work on the house immediately. I am very glad we did not do so. We actually consulted about 5 other masonry companies afterwards who told us that the "emergency masonry work" you stated was immediately necessary was actually cosmetic and did not require any action, let alone $30000 worth. I strongly suggest others take warning before doing business with this company.
