Shams and his team are very capable, professional, diligent, and meticulous. We are very satisfied with the work they did for our chimney. Shams was good answering calls and emails and he provided two quotes as requested and took the time to answer our questions properly. Shams kept us in the loop on when work would start, and when work did begin he gave us regular updates. It's understandable that with chimney work we often wouldn't know what is up there until the scaffolding is set up. Shams showed us photos of what he saw and gave recommendations which we were good with, and at the end, provided photos again to show what was done plus feedback on other areas we should consider to take better care of the house. What was most impressive was, while we were finishing discussions and things were already packed away, Shams saw one more issue that wasn't visible in our original photos but related to this job, he got out the ladder and the material again ,and went back up to the 2nd floor level to fix. In summary, we found The Brick and Stone Guys to be an honest company that does quality work, is fair and easy to communicate with, and anyone looking to hire them can do so with confidence.
