inside water dispenser stopped working. Roman sent Egor around next day to do temporary repair (failed overnight) which required part on order. Egor attended 2 business days later with required part and installed, with no subsequent problems. Roman was extremely professional, prompt in his service and great to work with. Egor was the same. Highly recommend both to all.
