Positioned in a wind tunnel, our home kept losing sections of shingles during significant wind events over several years and was due for full shingle replacement soon. We opted for increased peace of mind and durability associated with a metal roof. Our experience with Monarchy Roofing was excellent right from the beginning with patient, informative responses to questions we posed in addition to the extensive information available on their website. Contract negotiations were fair, conducted with integrity, and proceeded reasonably. Installation began within the stated time frame. We can't speak highly enough about the installation team. The team was pleasant to talk to and patient with questions we or passing neighbours asked occasionally during a break or end of day. They took care in all activities from product handling, to installation, to end of day clean-up. Their respect and attention to detail were reflected in every step to ensure quality and a long lasting protective roof system. During the project, at the end of every day the installation team assured us our home was left in a protected state in case it happened to rain overnight or the next day. On rain days, we received early morning communication from head office indicating no one would be on site that day ... safety was a priority. No work on rain days may be obvious, however we appreciated the personal touch. We are very please with the results. For anyone considering metal roofing, yes, we recommend Monarchy roofing.
