Quick service, only in my home for 40 minutes. Part worth about $40. Charge just under $300 for a rate of at least $200/hr. No details on the invoice. When asked about the charge, simply answered stated that the "bluebook" rates are standard. Would not use again. 2013/3/19: Update after speaking with Jon. He was open to discussion and suggestions.

We installed new granite countertops, sink, faucet and garburetor. The service was excellent, timely and as advertised. We got a significant break on the price of the sink, faucet and garburetor as well.
