Phil arrived on time with a new water tank in his van. He got straight to work dismantling the old unit while explaining why these tanks rust out and leak. He was very knowledgable, easy to talk to, installed the new tank and piping in a very professional manner, pressure tested everything, cleaned up and explained the operation leaving us feeling very satisfied with a good job done properly.

Brad and Chelsie were very easy to deal with from the quotation stage to the finished product. We had decided to renovate our home and replace the existing tile & carpet flooring with a hardwood floor. We received a quote from Brad and set a date for starting on the 3- January- 2013 but unfortunately there was a couple of delays in getting the wood from the manufacturer. We stuck with Lakeview as we had seen some of their work and it looked good. On 28-Jan-2013 the wood arrived and they got started, we went for a week in Mexico and left them get on with it. The whole job took about 7 days and we returned home to find a beautiful hardwood floor installed. There were a couple of boards to be replaced but the guys understood and just got on with it. Our home had been cleaned, the ducting blown out and the final product was worth waiting for.
