We had this company install new eavesdrops / gutters for our house all around along with leaf guards on the back half of the house. Initially while they didnt show up as scheduled, they apologized and did come on the 2nd date. They worked hard and installed what was promised. That said, when I called back that the eavesdrops had a few leaks and we also wanted a quote on adding more leaf guards, Baz and his team seem to disappear. Multiple contacts over months and multiple promises to show up on a specific date and time, came and went with no one showing up. After the 4th attempt, I sent Baz a message informing him that Ill be letting my whole family (who also used him) know of the situation, and letting them know he cant be trusted to keep his word. Theres an old expression that says it takes years to earn a customer and seconds to lose one. Im our case he just lost 3! I am going to lay another company to fix the issues hes been promising for months to come and take care of, including installing new leaf guards. Talk about shooting yourself in the foot, at a time that you should be providing excellent customer experience so as to not lose customers. Very disappointing and untrustworthy experience.
