Kris Denmark from Denmark Mechanical Inc. is such a professional. He is not only courteous and respectful, but his workmanship is at a very high level. I had Kris tear out some old rads and install some new ones. He knew exactly what needed to be done and how long the job would take to complete. His pricing was fair and he was on time, there when he said he would be. I am extremely happy with his work. I will be calling Kris for all my plumbing, heating and cooling needs in the future. I met George Li from Spring Home Heating & Cooling in early January 2013 when my old boiler was on it's last legs. Immediately I was impressed by his thoroughness in explaining how Spring Home worked and his respect and ability to listen to what my needs were. On January 24th, which was one of the coldest days of this winter, Spring Home installed a new boiler in my home. The team of technicians which George sent out were on time and on schedule. They were very clean and precise with the installation. They also brought plenty of space heaters to keep my home warm during the work. A couple of days after the install I was putting items back into my furnace room, which I had removed for the installers and I accidentally turned off the main power switch to the furnace. Later that night when I got home the house was quite cold. Before I realized what I had done, I called George. Within 10 minutes of my call he had dispatch a service rep. To me quality is very important, second is customer service. I am so glad that I chose Spring Home Heating & Cooling. If you want to do things right, do it right the 1st time.
