As we were leaving home on a weekend the cable on our garage door broke and the door jammed. We found the Garage Door Company on line and their representative came quickly . In addition to the cable repair, he suggested we upgrade with a torsion conversion spring kit and commercial grade wheels. He quoted a price which, although it seemed high, we did agree to and he completed the work immediately. After the work was done and paid for, I researched fair market value for the parts and service we received and discovered that we had paid AT LEAST twice fair market value, if not more. We felt that we had really been taken advantage of. Beware of this company and be sure to do price comparisons if you are thinking about using them.
