I got someone recommanded Keith's service, and I'm glad I asked him to check on the house before I bought it. The inspection covered everywhere of the house. I have 2 more friends used Keith's service after getting reference from me. which speaks my feeling.... You won't regret. I know some other inspectors who charged less, but then service would be 2/3 or 1/2 of what you should get... would you rather spend 100 less for your 6 or 7 digits worth of house? One more thing, Keith is very experienced, has sharp eyes. :)
