Existing basement was split into two areas. One area is a mechanical room, with a furnace, water tank, water purification system and central vacuum. The bigger area covered two rooms, one used for washer/dryer and the other one for a home gym. Full work was very efficiently completed by Reza and his team. While the scope was included in the original agreement, any smaller decision was discussed and approved by me ahead of the work. Some of the recommended changes were improvement on the original approach. It was very easy to work with Reza and his team. Looking forward to other changes on my house performed by Dena Development.

I needed 5 pot lights to be installed in place of 3 exiting light fixtures, including 2 new holes ceiling holes. During the install, one line was identified as faulty, and it was promptly replaced. Also, the electrical fuse box 1980's was checked for any faults.
