I had two companies quote for my flooring project. Floors on Crowfoot was more expensive by several thousand dollars but I thought I would get the best service, and slightly liked the laminate option better, so I choose them. The installation of the floors was very good but the finishing was sloppy and took many trips to get it to an acceptable standard, but it certainly isn't great. The contractor they recommended to finish other projects was simply AWFUL! I'm not horribly disappointed, but I certainly do not recommend.

I've had Pete's guys out several times for two small jobs and one larger. On the positive side, I get quick quotes and answers when I call. I've had friendly plumbers come out, and have been charged exactly as quoted. My only complaint is that they recently left a toilet seat improperly installed which caused it to come loose within a day. To be fair, it was an uncommon seat and I did not call them to come and fix as I was able to fix it myself. I expect, judging from the customer service I have received to date, that they would have come back to fix it. Otherwise, work was very good.

Baseboards didn't reach floor in some places, noticeable gaps in others. Paint colour didn't match rest of casing. Two months of delays before starting project. Charged, among other things, $400 to fix a pocket door which took 1 hour! Almost laughable service, if I didn't have to now find someone to come in and redo.
