We originally called Larcon to assess some structural concerns we had with our house. After an assessment of the space and diagnosing the issue, we decided to move forward with an open concept plan on the main floor that would address our long term goals for the space and the structural issues. Holden and team were fairly priced, extremely responsive, and went out of their way to walk us through the work that was required to turn a house into our home. They showed up when they said they would, did the work they said they would do and did it well, to the point where the city inspector passed the work without hesitation. To anyone looking to renovate, those are the most critical things to focus on - time, quality and scope - and Larcon nailed them all. Thank you for everything!
