My house is an old house. I called up "Supreme Windows" to have 3 bedrooms window, 2 washrooms windows, and 2 kitchen windows replaced. A salesman named "Wayne Griffin" helped me from the estimation to until the windows were completely installed. I would recommend him to any customers. He is very responsible. I would definitely recommend this company to all viewers. It has been 3 years and I have no problems with my windows. They did a very good job.

I was looking for some company to kill the weeds in my lawns 2 summers ago. So, I asked around. I had a few friends were dealing with "Green Drop Lawns Ltd." My next door neighbor, my mother-in-law and her neighbor were also dealing with this company. So, I got "Green Drop" to do this job. I wasn't sure if the operator of "Green Drop" couldn't understand me or I wasn't being clear of the spray. They gave me a "round one," meaning to kill my beautiful lawns completely. I was very upset when they gave me the wrong chemical. My house is a duplex house, Green Drop destroyed my lawns as well as my next door neighbor's lawn. My neighbor was upset about me indirectly. So, I wrote email to "Green Drop" 5 times and called them 3 times. The last time I called, the operator said they will send a manager to check it out. She said he will contact me after the visit. When I went home after work, I realized someone from "Green Drop" came check my lawns. I noticed the little company sign was removed. They never called me back. I contacted them couple times afterwards, they avoid to talk to me or reply my email. Eventually, I paid for the bill because I didn't want to have a bad record of not paying any bills. I send them the photos along with the payment. They took my payment and tossed my complaint letter and pictures. They are a cold, not care company. They didn't have to courage to call me up and apologize of their mistakes. I am sure it was their mistake because all their calls were recorded. If I had ordered a wrong spray, I am sure they could have confront me. It was a terrible experience I had with "Green Drop Lawns Ltd." I will never go back again. I filed a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, still no solution. Now I deal with a different company. They are cheaper, better service, and treat me like a valuable customer. "Green Drop Lawns Ltd" suck!!!

A contractor who I hired replace a wrong design of back door. I wanted a back door with a small window. My contractor gave me a new back door with a 24" x 38" window. I was so mad because I feel unsecured with the big window. This contractor wouldn't answer my calls at all. So, I call Dynamic Glass to have the glass replace. They were very helpful. The lady suggested me to change the glass with small grids. They called this type of glass "GPW glass." It took them 10 days to custom made the glass. I was very please with "Dynamic Glass" customer service. They care for their customers.

I hired Derrick to build me a 3-car garage, a deck, and fence. I wasn't sure he could do this project at first because he is a young fellow. During the day, I had to work. No one home to supervisor the progress of this project, I was concerned he might be one of those bad contractors from my past. Surprisingly, he wrote email to me and communicate with me of his progress almost in the daily bases. He finished each project on time. Although I had some issue with the concrete floor, it wasn't his fault. Overall, he was very responsible and trustworthy. I will definitely recommend him to friends and family members. Some people think he is too expensive, I could get someone cheaper. Maybe so. I had someone cheaper to do other kind of home contract works. I believe you really get what you paid for. His work is absolutely worth it. My family is so please of the jobs that Derrick did. We are so in love with the 3-car garage and hanger out in the backyard in the summer. Angel Yeung
