We have recently moved into an executive condo. The company that installed our air, HRV, air cleaner etc. was unable to determine various issues we were having. Owen, the owner, came and within minutes saw various issues we had and fixed them or in one case gave us a letter that advised the supplier that our equipment was faulty, and that escalated a replacement the next day. During install the builder's contractor had damaged the air conditioner, forgot to hook up the air cleaner which we installed for my lung issues. They also had two hoses that should have been in loops done in triangles causing all kinds of noise issues and leaking of water in our laundry room. This guy knows what he is doing. He is extremely careful in your home to protect things and not damage your floors etc. He is prompt coming to see your issue when you call, usually the same day if it is urgent. His professionalism is amazing. I must tell you I first got to know Owen in our home before we sold. He was then working for a company near Ottawa and decided to go on his own. We had issues with another company at that time, and started using the company he worked for. In the end, our file read "Owen only". That's how good he was. When we sole our home, the inspector that came said in the approx 40 years he had done these inspections, he had never seen a used furnace as clean as ours. He even called me to go and see the inside and stated "it looks like new". I always knew he did a great job but was a bit blown away by that comment. Luckily he is still in the Ottawa area and owns Wambolt Heating & Air Conditioning. This is a very strong personal recommendation from years of amazing service and expertise from this gentleman. Give him a try and you'll never go back to another company. Even in our new condo, people have seen how he did our BBQ hookup and had their own issues with the builders' contractor and have used him for their new hookups and to inspect and resolve issues for them. I truly hope that you understand that this guy is one in a million. EXCELLENT!!!

I can't say enough about the owner of this company. Andrew is absolutely wonderful. Not only did he promptly do this work, knowing we needed a repair quickly before listing our home, he also took great effort to get the perfect color match. He arrived with books of sample colors an meticulously proceeded to get a match that when completed and lined up with the other undamaged evestrough was literally the perfect match. You cold not tell where the repair started and where it ended. Not only did he do our home but he also did our neighbors while in the area. He and his assitant worked clean, and quietly respecting the surrounding neighbors. They left our yard without so much as a trace of material left around. What a lovely, kind man. We were absolutely thrilled to have him do work on our home and we would more than recommend him to absolutely everyone. We would go as far as to say you will never get a better company to do your work. Our neighbors in our adult community have come and admired he work and the amazing color match. We had the privilege of doing business with the Company 3 years ago when we installed new air conditiong and also a new furnace in our home. When we began dealing with one of the owners, Roger Holmes, we were sceptical of some of the information we were given, and questioning things such as `how can a furnace be too big for a home, i.e. wouldn`t it heat better if it was meant for a bigger home`` etc. It was quite a learning experience for us. The gentleman was so wonderful and patient as we asked so many questions and explanations about things. Finally we made a decision to trust the expertise he claimed and we have never looked back. We had always had so many problems with `cold areas` in our open concept home. It would heat up in the loft but the main floor was still cool. The furnace would run on and on in the winter just to get some areas comfortable It was an ongoing headache for the first 12 years we owned this new home. What we found out was this. Not only were these people amazing to deal with. They treated our home with `white glove`care as they went about their installation.The employees were so pleasant and it was a very comfortable experience having this company in our home. To be clear, we knew nothing about this company, other that we had seen their truck driving in our area in Kanata a few times and had made note of their name and contacted them. After dealing with the owner, Roger Holmes, and their staff, we have never looked back. All the doubt we had about our furnace being too big for this house. All our questioning about how it could be possible that it was a smaller size we needed has been put to rest. We now have a much better system running in our home. We finally have a home that is heated in all areas without the constant hot/cold spots all over the house because of the open concept. .We don`t hear that noise of the furnace going on and off all day long. The equipment installed is very quiet, runs evenly at a low speed most of the time, unless we have had to temp down when we are away and it needs a boost to get a gap of temperature ajusted when we get back. It automatically knows to jump into a higher settting to reach the desired temp again once we get home and then it is just wonderful, quiet and cozy. Our experience was just as great with our air conditoner installation. Though we had not had as many issues in that area, we jneeded a new one, and it runs perfect! We are very happy. If there is one thing we would really want to tell someone looking for a business that has not only great equipment for heating and cooling, it would be about how much we enjoy their friendly, competent, ongoing service that we take part in. Being a bit of a neat freak, we are so happy with how they treat our home when they come in, not walking through with dirty shoes or boots, not puttting their tools on our hardwood floors etc. We have never looked back and highly recommend this company. We have referred new clients to this company, friends and family alike, so we have put our name on their company with those that trust us. Hopefully this in some way expresses how strongly we feel about this company and we can't say enough about Roger Holmes himself and how thankful we are to have noticed the `truck`in our area!
