Horrible experience. Submitted 2 separate orders with this company. No word at all from them on when the order will ship from their warehouse. Advised them specifically not to ship them during a two-week period when I would be away. I called and emailed to advise them of this, did not receive a response. Sure enough, one of the orders was shipped during that time. After sitting in a Purolator depot, it was shipped back to their warehouse. They found that one of the pieces damaged, and asked me to get a repair kit, do the work myself, and they would reimburse the cost for this repair kit. Sorry, I don't have time to repair furniture that should arrive undamaged and then deal with the hassle of getting a reimbursement. As of today, still no word on where my order sits and when it will ship. They have a great product line and could be massively successful if they focused on customer service. I will never use their service and will advise my colleagues/friend of the same. Worst customer experience.
