Our hot tub is located outside our house and on a cold evening in February, 2013 (low that night was 26 degrees Celsius), we realized that the hot tub had stopped working. We checked for obvious problems but couldn’t determine what had caused the problem. In a panic, we found Scott’s number on the internet. He arrived within the hour with extensions chords, heaters, lights and tools. It turned out that one pipe was already partially frozen and without Scott’s help, we would have had major damage to an expensive tub. Scott fixed the problem and saved us a fortune in major repairs.
