Where to start? Reno included walls, carpentry work and floors. Ambiguous contracts, substandard material with no invoice to prove quality. Over priced, always found an excuse to over charge on EVERY occasion. Poor workmanship, and worst of all, hot tempered leaving little room for discussion. I strongly advise to look else where, I suggest contacting the trades people (carpenter, plumber, electrician) directly and cut the contractor out completely. They're just middle-men doubling the trades work. Caveat Emptor
