Can't say enough good things about Charles and the company. They were quick to reply, courteous, had the parts they needed to fix my Mom's gas fireplace, and did an absolutely thorough job as I watched them after letting them into the condo. Outstanding! And all in one visit. A lot cheaper than the other quotes we got as well. They even offered Mom a choice of an aftermarket fireplace thermostat control (we requested one) in case price was a factor. We opted for the more deluxe model
