I was in the market for a house and I decided to go with this company because of their past reviews and recommendations from others in my neighbourhood who had used Classic Home Inspections. These guys know what they're doing in terms of efficiency, knowledge and customer service. They found a couple of things wrong with the house but nothing that would break the bank. I figure a person has just spent a ton of money on a home, their nerves are blasted from the whole transaction, now they have the added stress of the inspection.
