Upper Floor dryer vent cleaning/Vent replacement
Our service technician Quintin arrived on time, was incredibly polite and professional, explained the work to be done and completed the job in a timely fashion (including the replacement of the exterior vent). When we looked at the vent from the ground after Quintin left, it didn't look like there was any caulk around the vent. We called and expressed our concern and Quintin was out the next day, put his ladder up to the second floor and took some pictures (our mistake of course- he just used clear caulking). VERY, VERY impressive service to make sure we were satisfied - above and beyond! This company is the REAL DEAL!!!
