This is the third time using ClearView (for three different properties). Tom is the best. He was kind enough to accommodate my schedule and made himself available on short notice. He is extremely thorough and did a great job walking us through every aspect of the inspection. After completing the inspection on my current home, he did uncover some issues that needed to be repaired. His list was clear and complete with photos. It made it very easy for me to go back to the vendor to ask them to make the repairs prior to closing. I had Tom come back to do a follow up inspection to ensure the fixes had been made and again, he accommodated my schedule. For most, a home will be the biggest investment of their life and it’s worth it to have it inspected. I would highly recommend Clearview. Working with Tom was a pleasure!

I was referred to Mike about 12 years ago when I purchased my first home. Since then I have hired him to come and paint every property I’ve moved into (3 in total). Most recently he just completed painting my new 2100 square foot home. He’s honestly the best! I am very particular and I think his painting is perfect. He’s also a nice person and easy to work with. He didn’t mind that we had furniture and boxes in every room after moving in. He helped my husband move things around and protected everything with drop cloths before painting each room. He also accommodated my schedule as I needed extra time selecting colours and he was patient and understanding when I needed to change the dates on him. I would recommend Mike in a heartbeat!

Tom did a fantastic job. Not only is he thorough but he's a pleasure to work with. I used Clearview previously for an inspection on my home and so knew I was in good hands when it came time to purchase my condo. Tom was very sensitive to my concerns and handled the home inspection with extreme attention to detail and care. I would recommend Clearview anytime and have already done so to many friends. You won't regret calling them!

I admit that I am very late writing this review. We called Steve over a year and a half ago because our garage door was rotting and we were concerned that it would not last though another winter. Steve came out and we immediately knew we wanted to work with him. He is one of the best service providers we have ever worked with. He is honest, trustworthy, accommodating and incredibly easy to get along with. Best of all, he offers a great product. Our garage door looks fantastic (like new) and it's been over a year and a half. It also helped insulate our garage through one of the coldest winters we've ever had. I would wholeheartedly recommend Open Sesame. You won't be sorry!!!

I called Clearview for a home inspection because we are considering doing some home renovations and wanted to know what repairs needed to be done in the home. We were very impressed! I called and spoke with Tom and he answered all of my questions and put me at ease even before I booked the inspection. I felt he was very honest. He didn't try to scare us or upsell us. Actually, I felt the contrary - he told me what he recommended and what we could do without. Tom was very accommodating and willing to work around our schedule. When he came out he was incredibly thorough. He took the time to explain everything he was going to be doing and went over every inch of our home. He knew the areas of the home that were of particular concern and made sure he spent extra time inspecting them. I would highly recommend Clearview, and particularly Tom, to do your home inspection. He did a great job!

In January (I realize I am several months late writing this) we called because we realized our toilet was leaking. We called several plumbing companies to compare quotes (some of whom did not even call us back). Les called us back immediately to schedule the appointment and Nick came out a couple of days later to assess the problem. He recommended that we replace the toilet, quoted us a price that was reasonable and came back to complete the work a few days later. Nick was very professional, took the time to answer my questions and did a great job. He even took care to clean the area once he was finished. We had not had great experiences with plumbers in the past, and so are happy to have found this company. We will definitely recommend them to others.

This review is long overdue. We hired Marie last year to do the window coverings in almost every room in our house. She was a pleasure to deal with. She gave excellent colour and style suggestions and her work was amazing. Everything was homemade by her...and it was perfect! I would recommend Decor Dynamics for anybody needing window coverings. We get compliments on ours every time we have guests over.

We called Ty while we were shopping around for quotes. He returned out call promptly, scheduled us in - even though he was fully booked and was very reasonable with his pricing. He showed up on time to do the carpet cleaning and did a fantastic job. Our carpets were full of pet stains, makeup stains and generally weren't their cleanest...but by the time Ty was finished, they were like new - they didn't even look this good when we first moved into the house. We will recommend Parma Cleaning to anybody needing their carpets cleaned...Ty truly did an excellent job.

I called Mike, the owner of Room at a time, because I needed my new house painted (the entire house - interior and exterior). My husband and I were under a two week time constraint as we had to move out of our apartment and into the house at the end of those two weeks. The painting crew from Room at a time was very accommodating. They came early and stayed late many evenings just to get the job done on time. They were very organized and professional. I've gotten many compliments on the paint job from friends who have seen the house. I would recommend Room at a Time to anybody needing professional painters. Thank you to Mike and the guys for the excellent job!
