Will Brisebois from Oshawa

Found these folks on Facebook advertised as 'cheap tree cuts'. I have a rule of getting 3 quotes and choosing the middle quote, generally this has worked out well for me, not in this instance. Now I accept blame when something is my fault and I did not play close enough attention to the specific wording used in our correspondence with David. I wanted my stump be be grounded down, but the wording was stump ground down to the dirt. Again, my fault for not catching that...live and learn. Now the problem is my stump is not flush with the dirt, it sticks out 6 inches. I passed on the attached photos to David and he agreed it should have been cut closer to the dirt and he promised to send someone back...this was 6 weeks ago. I am a patient man, but I have been brushed off and forgotten about. Serves me right for being trusting and paying the full balance before the job was completed.Now just as concerning to me was the mess that was left behind. I paid more than double for logs to be cut and for the area to be cleaned up. Logs were cut...some were 80lbs and very difficult to move. The area was NOT cleaned up.

Moved from Whitby to Oshawa a little over a month ago - I contacted Manny approx 2 months prior to the move and he came by to provide an estimate. On moving day he showed up with a full size truck and everything ran smoothly. Both Manny and his helper were very professional and moved quickly. I was completely satisfied with the experience & more importantly I didn't feel like I was ripped off... I contacted Paul regarding crown moulding install just over a week ago. He fit us in within a week and did not complain about having to travel to Whitby, which was a plus for me. On the date of install he arrived on time and made sure to protect the hardwood to ensure no damage. Paul and his helper worked fast and efficient, and were finished the job, including clean up within 4 hours.
