We moved into a 1930s house a few months ago and the floors on the upper storey were in very rough condition. Janusz came and took measurements, walked us through the process and timeline and provided us with a competitive quote. He does all the work himself and to an extremely high standard. He also refinished our stairs, installed quarter rounds in the whole upper floor and repaired a couple of doors for us. We would call him again for future projects.

My wife and I moved into our first house in May and wanted to replace our sink drains which had S-traps with P-traps and also replace an old basement toilet. We also knew from an inspection that we had a slow leak coming from the upstairs bathroom. Dakota visited our house and took a look at everything without charging an inspection fee. He made recommendations and planned to do the work the following week. Drain and toilet replacement went well. The leak required opening a hole in our ceiling and we discovered the plumbing from the toilet not installed to code and was the cause of the leak. We are very happy to say that we are now leak free and very satisfied with the service and professionalism that we received. We will definitely reach out to Dakota again for any future plumbing needs.
