design_touch in Downtown Toronto

The product I purchased was of good quality. The delivery and pickup process was easy and people knew what they were doing. I would shop here again for my next furniture needs.

After three months and a week, I still don't have my furniture. I called and went to the store and all I got was "we'll call the scheduling department and call you right back". Of course, they never called. Is this what they call customer service? I'm not shopping here again, that's for sure.

The dinette was missing 1 of 4 chairs, went to pick it up at the warehouse, they "Couldn't find it"; got the chair shipped, parts were missing and had two right front legs, got a replacement, but this set was missing the two front legs altogether. Got ANOTHER replacement, but they sent me the one that I exchanged for in the SAME BOX!!! I am NOT shopping at the Brick again!
