These guys where the worst, they nicked the drywall, bent registers so they did not have to remove them, and worse they have a crappy system that does not exhaust outside, so the house had a layer of dust. I am quite suspect that my furnace and duct cleaning was done thoroughly. I would not have them back if they paid me.

Hello Doug, thank you for your review. I don't believe that these issues were brought to my attention - did you call/email anyone about these problems? The drywall issue was never reported to me so I can't comment on it. We mandate that all vents must be removed prior to cleaning. There are, of course, certain cases where this can't be done but we always advise the customers that the only way to clean their vents would be to go through the slats. This generally does not damage them and we can bend them back in place. Our vacuum system does not vent our of the house - similar to how your vacuum cleaner doesn't vent outside. Same idea. We have a HEPA style filter that traps the dust inside and the only air is from the motor itself. There is sometimes dust that settles after the cleaning. This is due to us using 220PSI of compressed air so some of the dust will inadvertently be raised. Again, I'd like to discuss this with you so please call me at your earliest convenience on our main phone line. Anton.
