My wireless internet on my Lenovo laptop stopped working yesterday. I had called up Bell and after doing some troubleshooting with my Internet connection told me that my internet was ok and working. Internet on my desktop computer is fine but i cannot connect to the internet from my Lenovo laptop.
I called Fujitech, but they could not help me on the phone and asked me to bring my laptop to their store for a free checkup.
I took it there and Joseph found the issue right away. I had accidently turned off my wireless on my laptop. If he could have told me on the phone it would have saved me a trip to his store.
But overall I am satisfied since he was honest and informed me what my problem was.
