I unfortunately did not know about Magcor Demo, until after I was completely stood up by another demo company THE DAY the work was supposed to start. Within a day Mike was at the house, scoped out the work, gave an incredibly fair and competitive price. 2 weeks later the house was completely demoed top to bottom. Mike and his team at Magcor were nothing short of amazing to work with, from the first phone call to the last nail removed in the house. They worked efficiently, very cleanly and most importantly quickly! The work was finished ahead of schedule! I would highly recommend Magcor demo for anyone looking for a demo company for there renovation project.

As a carpenter and a homeowner taking on a full gut reno of a 2800 sq ft home, I can confidently saying that working with Holden and Larcon Structural was the best experience I have had hiring/working along side a contractor. The professionalism, knowledge and workmanship that Larcon had throughout the entire project, from initial consult to final day clean up was outstanding. They showed up on time, worked quickly and most importantly (for me) worked very cleanly. The project was finished a day earlier than scheduled, and upon inspection both architect and building inspector were thoroughly impressed with the quality of the work. I can not speak more highly of Larcon Structural. They will be the only contractor that I would hire for my projects, and the only recommendation that I will give for anyone looking to hire a contractor for a load bearing wall removal project.
