Front Porch and Interior work permit
An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I required a building permit and drawings to enclose a front porch and move existing windows/doors,and inside retaining wall.I called Alex at Cadaxx Design ,he agreed to meet me the next morning at my home, he spent the whole morning with me listening to what I had in mind,(even drinking my terrible coffee without complaining)..He made several suggestion which i hadn’t though of,told me the price for everything and when i agreed measured the whole house.a week later he submitted several drawings,I picked the one I liked most asked for some small changes which he obliged and then submitted and obtained the necessary permits far sooner then i expected.I found Alex to be a very easy and helpful person to deal with and created an excellent design for me.I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone looking for an architect . His prices are fair and reasonable and exactly as he quoted.It was a pleasure to deal with him.
